Nucco - Building an agency

Building a strategic and creative force with a purpose

I joined UNIT9 with the task of helping this award-winning production company create its own agency offering. Nucco is that agency.

Born from a collection of small animation accounts, and now offering strategy and creativity to organisations such as UBS, McKinsey and GE Healthcare, my partners and I worked to create a business that is as creatively award winning and financially successful as it is sustainable.

With a pitch win rate in excess of 65%, Nucco also gained now B-Corp certification under my leadership. The agency was also active in publishing their gender pay gap and annual social impact.

Below is my positioning manifesto, a selection of the creativity we delivered and the business culture we constantly looked to evolve.
